Good location about 20 min from Bologna airport and 30 min from the city center. Accessible to bike trails and a park. Free parking. Hotel is situated next to a medieval castle which added to the overall positive experience. The only downside was a bunch of stink bugs in our room on the curtains and window frame. They don’t bite to our knowledge but my wife woke up with a few bites. Looked like bedbugs from the web search but not sure.

Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.
